My fiancee I just made our first appointment with a real estate agent to view a home. The property is 4.5 acres with a 50 year old ranch house that is described as a "fixer upper." What questions should we ask? We are very, very new to the entire real estate process and are using this appointment more as a way to familiarize ourselves with what occurs at a house showing.
