Question:

My flowers' stems keep snapping?

Well, I'm kind of new to growing plants from seeds, and I've noticed that a lot of my plants' stems snap or fold over when they get to be about five or so inches high, particularly in my climbing plants (morning glories and cardinal climbers). Is this just a natural selection sort of thing, or is it something that has to do with the water or environment and is there a way to prevent it? Thanks.

Answer:

well it depends on the shell of the extinguisher. fire extinguishers are only rated to 100 psi.It is NOT a good idea to drill holes in any part of an fire extinguisher according to NFPA 10 (national fire protection agency standards for portable fire extinguishers)
How hard the fire is to contain.
It's immature and silly to generalise. Christians have faith and use it in the best way they can. This link / poor example just show how reddiculous this question is. Not all Churches have a chapel like building. Some have a huge centre or worship in rooms.
The number of alarms corresponds to the amount of assistance called to the scene. The precise meaning of an alarm varies depending on the fire department, but in general it means that after the first few units arrive on scene, and they need help, that request for help is called an alarm. For example, in New York City, dispatchers send out 25 units and 106 firefighters for a two-alarm fire, 33 units and 138 firefighters for three alarms, 39 and 168 for four, and 44 and 198 for fiveIn most cities, dispatchers will respond to a one-alarm fire with three or four units and then send a few more each time more assistance is requested (an alarm).
