My job fired me 3 days ago, They sat me down on a table and handed me copies of myspace blogs whick all of them but 1 had nothing to do with work. and the one that did have to do with work was an e-mail making fun of a worker that made a mistake about a members account and i had the account number on there saying 20***********3 Which is NOT enev how long nor even an account number is. Anyways and the reason they fired me they said cuz i put member account number on the internet and violated policy and all this other stuffThe only thing i violated was company policy which means no internet.. WOW like im the ONLY ONE that gets online. People watch MOVIES where i work okay. So now they told me they will get intouch with me after their corporate lawyer reviews thing. They said POSSIBLE prosecution may be taken and that THIS IS VERY SERIOUS.I DID NOTHIGN WRONG why are they harrasing me and why did they fire me saying i put bank account information I DIDNT can i sue them?
Well it's not racism because racism is being against a person of a certain race. It is bigotry though because it is obviously aimed only at muslim women(for the most part, as a non-muslim woman might want to wear one). I could understand not wanting them worn in a swimming pool by a person who wore it in off the streets, but if she brought it with her and changed at the pool into it I don't see how that can be a health risk. As for not even being allowed to wear them while swimming in a river that is ridiculous because there is no way they can say it is a health risk.
