Hi,i have a fostex rd8 and have been very happy with it until the other day,i brought 2 brand new adat tapes and were fine until suddenly while recording i heard the tape start chewing up inside the machine i ejected it and the tape was pretty tanggled up and pretty much ruined so i thought it might just be that tape,so i put another brand new adat tape in and it done the same thing,i realise this machine is fairly old but still does anyone have any ideas,also on the machine at one point it read no info and then it said error 7 i havent tried doing anything with the machine in case i made it worse,sorry to ramble, and any help would be great.thx
What is the lens material? If it's CR-39, no problem. If it's polycarbonate, no way. If it's got an Anti-reflective coat, nope. If you want to have brand new lens cut for the frame, your friendly neighborhood optician can do it for you. Read the question again please. The questioner seems to be asking if he can remove the tint from the sunglasses and use them for regular glasses. Note: These are already prescription lenses. He can remove tint from CR-39, but not from poly. Edit: RP: We read the question differently- I see what you mean now with your answer and agree.
