Wear gloves for this. Once all the glass is removed, install the window. This is simple with the rubber channel removed. Set the glass in the regulator and run in the bolts. Do not tighten them yet. With the window rolled all the way down, reinstall the rubber channel sliding it over the sides of the glass and down the track. This gets tighter the further down it goes but it will go. Once it is back in place, reinstall the door panel. But remember, if ALL the glass is not removed from the rubber channel, your new window WILL explode from a little shard rubbing the edge.
