I cant find much information on it so i was wondering if any one knew a good deal about itlike was it a fail or succes etc
As for failure or success, depends on how you look at it. They were a cold war counter measure that was a deterrent that was never used. To me, that is a success. Somewhere on one of the sites on the link above, I read that all of the missile silos were decommissioned by presidential decree. Can not find that again, of course.
