i need to find cheapish Mud terrain tires. Where is a cheap place to get them?

Local tire shop. Have a look at Buckshot Mudders or Super Swamper LTB's. There both cheap and come in many sizes.
I had a set of BF Goodrich MUD TERRAINS on my 4X4 and they were excellent. They are much better than the swamp tires if you plan to drive it on the highway too.
