Question:

Need to find a good ceramic, tourmaline flat ironAny suggestions?

I have been researching flat irons and I have narrowed it down to the Sedu, FHI, HAI, and GHDWhich brand is better, and why?My hair is thick, curly, frizzy, colored, and past my shoulders, and therefore need to find a really good iron, preferably one which can curl as well as straighten.I have tried many brands, including CHI, and they all leave my hair frizzy and poofyThese brands claim to be ceramic and tourmaline which eliminate those factors. Also, the Sedu seems to be very overrated, and so I am kind of hesitant to purchase it.

Answer:

its pretty much okaybut if you don't mind, ill tweak it a bitfor breakfast, add a hardboiled egg to thatfor lunch, you need to have a mixture of lean meat and vegetables, and a bit of brown rice (coz you still need the fiber it gives(soluble fiber) .then put either chicken or fish in your saladthen eat again at 4, but not a protein bari suggest eat nuts (if you're not allergichopefully.) choose almonds, walnuts, or whatevers availablefor dinner, eat something like you ate during lunch, but lessen the ricethen 2 hours after eating dinner, drink the meal replacement you mentionedfor your workout, lift weights 3 times a week with a rest day in betweendo your cardio during those rest days:)
love the starbucks grande caramel frappuccino skip the whole milk and whipped cream which packs in 410 calories total and order the starbucks grande caramel frappuccino light which is only 140 calories
forget the dried cranberries which have added sugar and add a half cup of fresh berries to top off your salad
eat 5 6 small meals a day instead of 3
My natural hair is curly and thick too, and I dye it quite alotBut the best hair straightener I have ever used are the GHDsI've had them for 3-4 years and they haven't let me down sinceThey usually last around 3 years, they should come free with a GHD thermal heat protector so it won't fry your hair up but sadly it will still cause split-endsEDIT: Good things with GHDs are they turn off if you haven't used them within 30 minutes and you can curl your hair too.
