Answer:

I would notMicrowaves and ovens use very different types of heat so what might be microwave safe is not necessarily oven safe and vice-versa.
I've actually had a claim like this Jasper must show that Danno's negligence caused or directly contributed to his injuries The four elements are: 1A duty of care to do, or not do something 2A breech of that duty of care 3Damages - either property damage or bodily injury 4Proximate cause - the breech of duty caused the damages.
I wouldn't unless you can find documentation that it can be used in the oven.
