Find a cement wall.and let your body hit it hardly again and again.!It's a really great exercise. REALLY.

There are disadvantages and advantages of that the disadvantage is that your body might be awchy the advantage is that it will get hard
Sounds great! But thats just the beginners version, try the advanced - Find a tall building and throw yourself off so you hit the cement GROUND!!! Its so effective you only need to do it once! You first so I can check your technique and make sure you're doing it properly :o)
