Question:

New hoodie leaves red dust everywhere- advice/explanations?

I purchased a hoodie recently, and I noticed that it gets red dust everywhereIt's not really lint per say- it's extremely fineI'm finding a layer if this dust on everythingI tried washing and drying it, because I assumed it was some weird factory thingThat didn't helpCould they be little dye particles that never set into the fabric? Should I try washing it again?

Answer:

I think that it's sometimes fun to make wraps or sandwiches with the familyThere are some really delicious recipes out there and you can just go to the store ahead of time and bring all of the ingredients with youIf you're looking for something a little nicer, you could try making a cevicheNo cooking involved! It's a mix of fish and other ingredients (you can get all sorts of different recipes online) that you marinate in citrus juice for a couple of hours until the acid in the citrus cooks the fishThen you can serve it as is or with a green salad that also requires no cooking!
Leticia, First off, go to the grocery store! There is an abundance of items there that don't necessarily need a lot of utensilsA lot of the bowls you use for cereal can double as an ingredient bowl if you really need it to You can make finger sandwiches and homemade soup caeser salad and a pan of lasanga or baked ziti potato salad with grilled/baked/fried chicken just a few ideasremember whatever is in your kitchen is a supply! a fork is a whisk, etc! Good luck
Leticia, I know where you are coming from;my mom eats out only too and I'm a nutrition nutI cook 2-3 hours a day and the easiest to prepare meals consist of fresh fruits, veggies, and proteins like eggs, nuts, and chicken For this, you will only need the following items: 1 large bowl to store and clean the fruits/veggies 1 very sharp knife 1 cutting board plates, forks, and spoons frying pan margarine, butter, or oil spatula 2 tupperwares for storing the fruits and veggies seasoning like salt and pepper If you buy mushrooms, for example, these can be sauteed in the frying pan or you can make a veggie omellette, for example.
Hmm, that seems odd for a hoodieI had a shirt once that was a felt like material and after several washings, it still was leaving red dusty stuff on my dark clothes, so I just got rid of itTry using one of those lint brushes or rollers and then wash and dry it againAlso, check the lint trap of the dryer to see if it is leaving any residue in the dryer.
Rather than limiting the recipes, could you ask everyone to chip in say $10 and then buy some utensils to get by at a dollar store? We have a great one where I live where you can get all the kitchen things for $1They have disposable freezer trays too so when you leave, you can leave some cooked lasagna for your grandma to pull out of the freezer and reheat! It still works out to be cheaper than eating out! I'm not the best one to give recipes as my cooking is mostly improv, a mix of this and thatBasic lasagna (using ingredients you like, veggies, meat, whatever you like), spaghetti and meat sauce, fresh salads, etcDoes she have a BBQ? If you grill up a bunch of chicken (I like boneless/skinless chicken thighs), that works great for sandwiches, soups, salads, pasta sauces, anything!!! Best wishes and have a great trip!
