Can i bring a ceramic blade on an airplane?

no im not bad, or planning anything. its my good luck charm my grandpa gave me befor he died so i never took it off.its completly ceramic not metalic at all is it allowed on an airplane? and would it go off in the scanners??

There are no rules about METAL on airplanes. There are rules against BLADES. It would not set off an metal detector, but is WOULD show up on the full body 'x-ray' scanner or a pat down.
No, a ceramic blade is not allowed on an airplane; as a cutting/slashing weapon, a ceramic blade is just as lethal as a metal blade. Metal detectors are just one layer of security screening; the blade would be found and confiscated, and at the very least you would be detained, questioned, and probably miss your flight.
