Question:

Non oily and non dairy meals?

Hi,I have some acne and red marks all around my mouth and on my chin, it looks awfulI can't eat any foods that are dairy(i.echeese, ice cream, butter, etc) or any oily foods (i.epeanut butter, pizza, hamburgers, etc)Dairy and oily foods make me break outI also break out if I eat something that has too much sugar in itSo, I've been living off of vegetables, oatmeal, and bread for the past 6 monthsThis diet is super boring and I don't enjoy eating at all anymoreSo I'm wondering: what else can I eat other than veggies, bread, and oatmeal? Thanks

Answer:

You can still have insulation even without an attic, but generally speaking I think a house with an attic would be better insulated.
If an attic is insulated,it will be cheaper to keep your house warm,if its not? ! !
Eggs are not a dairy product and what is wrong with chicken breast, lean steak or pork chopsTry oven baked sweet potato or white french friesI toss them with olive oil, but just use a little PAM to cut back on the fatPreheat your oven to 400 degrees FarenheitCut the potato in 6-8 wedges, Spray with a little PAM and place the potato wedges on an aluminum foil covered baking sheet or pan(The foil is only for ease of clean up.) Season the Potatoes with salt and pepperBake the wedges for about 20 minutes or until crisp on the outside and tender insideThe sweet potatoes are really good with a sprinkling of cinnamonYou can certainly have salad, raw veggies and pasta with simple sauces like tomato sauceTry thinking a little outside your comfort level and you will find plenty to eat.
