Question:

Nothing in my control panel will open. How can I fix this?

Its says:Windows can not access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.I really don't know what that means. But I want it to go way.

Answer:

Save a little bit more money. For about $15 more you can get an Ugly Stick. They are good rods for the price. If you are willing to spend $70 then you should get a Bionic Blade rod. The absolute best for the price
It's possible. ANY fire can cause carbon monoxide poisoning if there is no circulation of air in the room (i.e. no open windows or doors). Every fire releases carbon monoxide (CO-CO2 is carbon dioxide) when there is imcomplete burning from not enough oxygen getting to the fire. In a closed room, oxygen levels will decrease due to the fire (and your breathing) and CO levels will gradually increase. Although CO poisoning is much more common from central heating, I strongly suggest you get a CO detector. If you start to feel ill or unusually sleepy, open a window, even if this means losing a lot of heat from the room. CO can kill if you fall asleep.
motor mount? Maybe its bad, engine bounces around now and vibrates maybe ? Thats a good one.
