I echo the sentiments of Mikey and Mamianka. You are not prepared in preforming or completing a resume' for admittance in a performing arts college based on the limited experience acquired as mentioned. You may want to change your Yahoo! handle from 'Famous' to 'Still Working at it.'
I'm guessing your grades in spelling are not so amazing. In New York City there's both Juilliard and the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU.
