Answer:

When I was little I would play in the stuffNothing ever happened, unless you get it in your eyes of courseOr eat mass amountsBut if you just touch it, you'll be fine.
i used to install that crap, im sure it isn't the best for you , but the small amount you worked with i wouldn't worry about, it will wash out, and to get it off of you, just take a cool shower.
once will not hurt you at allyears of exposure can cause permanent lung damage thoughsome fiberglass on your clothes will just make you itchy, and will wash outJUST MAKE SURE YOU DO NoT RUB YOUR EYES OR PUT YOURS HANDS IN YOUR MOUTH if you handled this with no gloves, trust me.
thee is no such thng as a minor fiberglass inhalation as any portion of it can induce a cancerous growth years upon years laterYes the Fiberglass manufacturers say no danger but the rules put in place reember coe from those who suffered from it and to protect from any eventualityThe reason fiberglass stays is that its fibers when looked at in microscope have barbs, that hook themselves in the fibers of lung tissue and yes fabricsWorkers within fiberglass industrys were once advised to not wash their clothes with familys clothes as fibers could lossen free and become attached to other clothesYes the risk is miniscule but safety is primary concern is it notHaving worked in dangerous occupations Logging and chemical industrys I have seen deaths and illness's caused by the lax way these saftey rulings are enforced, not just by company but by the MACHO boys as wellFiberglass is doubly dangerous as it is chemnical resins, and many communitys are still fighting their own stae EPA groups over its dangersI would not worry as the lungs mucus will expell almost allNo the stats do not show as much danger as in aspestosGet regular checkups etc etcWHY DO THEY PUT WARNING LABELS ON ITEMS?
