ok i have an 07 civic si with stock tire size P215/45 R17 .now i wanna buy some 17 in kosei wheels. when i got my car, i had some performance tires (same stock size) added to the vehicle. can i just swap the tires to these wheels? i dont know which wheels to get b/c they are the same rim size but different offsetsi am on a stock suspension right now so i am just looking for info like on camber, toe, offsets, and stuff like that.
There is a life besides the computer. Pick up that thing that has buttons and you hold up to the side of your face. Call them and ask for the plumbing dept.
Depends where you purchase it. $16.00 for 10' 1/2 rigid was the price I paid from a plumbing supply outlet (for plumbers/contractors). The price varies so much these days from location, availability and material cost, they usually don't post prices on the net for building supplies.
There are different grades of copper. M is strictly for residential use. It has red lettering down the length of the pipie. L has blue lettering and is a little thicker walled and has more durability than M. Commercial grade is K and has green lettering. I do my own plumbing on my house. I always use at least L type. Very little more cost and once it is covered up, there is less worry. A few months ago I paid about $15.00 at H. Depot/Arizona for 10'.
Camber and toe are suspension settings not wheel stuff but here goes. Camber: If you are looking at wheel from the front or back negative camber would be further in towards the center of the car at the top. Positive would be in at the bottom. Toe: This is similar to camber except you would be looking at the wheel from the top or bottom. Toe In the front side of the wheels point in. Toe out is the opposite. Offset: Once again look at the wheel so you can see the tread. This is the distance from the center of the wheel/tread to the hub mounting face. Positive puts the hub face further from the center of the car. Negative is opposite. Also make sure the bolt pattern is the same.
