Answer:

Have you tried supplemental vitamins? I have to take iron pillsYou could probably find them in any grocery storeDo a little research to find the vitamins you're missing out on and pick up some supplements at the store.
I don't really like fruit or veg either, and I didn't like the idea of taking pills, so I started making smoothies with various fruits and veg, (you can get a lot of your 5 a day in just one drink) and it really works! You can sweeten with honey or even sugarAlso, don't give up if you dot like one flavour because there are so many different combinations!! My faves are: Banana milkshake (you can add choc powder for taste) Strawberry and kiwi Carrot Apple and raspberries Melon and grape And orange and apple Don't forget you can add fat free yoghurt to thicken and make it a milkshake! Enjoy!!
I agree with the other posters that you should definitely take supplements such as a daily vitamin and probably a fiber tabletI encourage you to research some vegetable recipes to tryYou may find that you develop a taste/liking for themStart off small with a baked sweet potatoAlthough it's not really healthy, add a little butter and some brown sugar to make it taste betterYou could try to make stuffed squash, which has a meat and rice stuffing in the squashI'm just sort of brainstormingDefinitely try new ways to cook vegetablesI think that my fondness for different foods has improved as I get olderYou could even try shish kabobs with onion, chicken, and pineapple (which is divine when cooked)Find a recipe for fruit dip and try some apples dipped in the dipStart off small; you may be surprised!! There are also great recipes for things like zucchini muffins that have added fiberOr make your spaghetti sauce and add puréed zucchini, carrots, and squashThis will definitely add fiberYou can also try bananas dipped in chocolate and rolled in nuts- then frozenThe sky is the limitOatmeal is full of fiber as wellFind a recipe for oatmeal cookiesBest wishes!!
You describe eating dried fruit, fruit juice, soda, choc milk, corn, onions, pizza, cheeriosOf course you know this is very limitedI'm a bit surprised that people are suggesting you take supplements, as if you can carry on eating poor quality food and pay out to make up for real nutrition for your health.
