This morning it snowed so i took the snow off myself it was snowing lightly so i turned on my wipers but after awhile my left wiper wouldnt go all the way down and it would slide off the windshield whats wrong with it?
Sounds like it just came loose. Remove all ice and snow from the windshield, turn the wipers on, then off. When the wipers have parked remove the loose wiper and reposition it to match the location of the other. Tighten the wiper arm in place and that should fix the problem.
sounds like the teeth on the socket are striped. the wiper arm is attached to the motor linkage and is connected by teeth on the socket arm.
