Original Oats or High Fiber OAts?

i consume a quaker instant original oatmeal for breakfast almost everyday i sometimes add an appleto it and idont add sugar/stevia etc.i drink a tea after(unsweeted).i was planning to switch from original instant oatmeal to high fiber oats but that one contains7g of sugar and 34g of carbs isnt that too much carbs for the morning? im on a diet btw.or should i just get the high fiber one and just consume that instead of with an apple? what do u guys think????original sugarfree oats and apple : 40g, 200 calorieshigh fiber oats with 7g sugar: 34g carbs, 140 calories and please dont tell me to swich to original rolled oats i dont really like thosei just wan tto know ur opinion.thannks

If the sugar-free oats don't contain artificial sweeteners like saccharin, sucralose, or especially aspartame, then I'd say that with the appleBut if it does contain one of these sweeteners, then I'd just go for the fiber oats;D
