i am 12 and i wear p-jays still ( mom says i am not old enough to not wear p-jays to bed)is that weird ?
I haven't worn PJs since I was seven (I'm 15) except when I'm at someone else's house. Here's a compromise: Wear your PJs TO bed to make your mom happy. Once you're IN bed, wear what you want whether it's your underwear or nothing.
I still wear pj's and I'm much older than you. So does my husband...and he's older than me. If you don't like the pj's you have, ask your mom if you can pick out your own. Remember, if there's an emergency in the middle of the night (like the house is on fire), it would save a lot of time to already be dressed (at least in pj's) than being naked and having to find your clothes. Wearing pajamas to bed is not weird at any age, however, I think you're at an age where you should be able to decide for yourself what you would like to wear to bed. See if your mom would be okay with you just wearing boxers and a t-shirt or something like that, that's pretty standard sleepwear for guys and girls (I liked wearing t-shirts and men's boxers to bed when I was 12, still do).
My son loves to sleep naked! He is 16! Now I just knock on the door before entering! lol I say sleep in what u r comfortable in! If u r a girl- wear a loose t shirt and panties- that what I do! Gotta have my little white socks on too though! I dont really think theres a age limit on what u wear to bed as long as u put on a robe when u leave your room!
What else would you wear to bed ...I'm old and i still wear my Pj 's to bed.
