Question:

Pcliao injection of smooth surface not light is going on

Pcliao injection of smooth surface not light is going on

Answer:

This defect is commonly believed to occur frequently during die filling and pressure holding. In fact, dark spots appear near the gate and usually occur at the beginning of the injection cycle. Tests show that the occurrence of surface slip is actually due to the injection speed, or rather the flow velocity at the tip of the melt flow.
Dark spots appear in near the gate, like dark yellow. Especially when producing products of high viscosity and low fluidity, such as PC, PMMA or ABS, they are especially obvious. This visible defect may appear on the surface of the resin when the cooling surface resin is moved by the resin flowing in the center.
Defects visible on the surface of injection molded products include dark spots, gloss differences, or areas of spray, as well as surface wrinkling or orange peel. Typically, these defects occur near the gate or behind the sharp corner away from the gate region. From the two aspects of mold and molding process, we can find out the causes of these defects.
