My cousin [that i baby sit ]pees the bed, i was wondering is there anything she can do for wetting the bed?
hi!! i have a son and at the age of two he did not pee in his bed...i trained him to pee before going to bed,,,, now he is already 4 yrs old and he still drinks a glass of milk before sleeping....but he still dont pee in the bed...
my 6 year old step son used to do the same thing we stoped it.after 6 o clock he gets 2 small glasses of water bed time is 9pm.it works
My advice is to limit the amount of liquids the little girl has before bed time. My nephew had a sever problem with wetting the bed. He is 4. We ended up having to put him back in pull-ups ( yea it was a headache ) because he would wet the bed twice a night and the washer never got a break. We also cut his liquids off around 530. He goes to bed at 8. Make sure that your cousin goes to the potty before she gets in bed. Give that a try, hope it works for you!
She will outgrow it in time. What you can do now is to avoid drinking liquids 2 hours before bed, go to the toilet before bed and wake her up on the middle of the night to go to the toilet. Meanwhile, place some aluminum foil or plastic wrap on the mattress, add a layer of blanket then the cover. This way if there is an accident, it will be easy to clean and won't get the mattress wet.
