Answer:

Do you drink lots of water? Fiber won't work without waterIf you are drinking lots of water and still have constipation, try Prune Juice. If that doesn't work see a doctorConstipation can cause hemorrhoids that are external and internal that may bleedIn my case I went from 2 bowel movements a day to once every 3rd day which caused a rectocele and had to have surgerySee a doctor if it continues.
You can use a brillo pad to take the rust off (its possible that this may scratch the finish a bit but it will get the rust off so be careful)After that make sure to wash it by hand and dry it right away (never let it just sit in water)Remember, now that it has already rusted you will always need to use a spray or shortening to cook on it so if you have any recipies that say not to use any sprays or shortenings on the pan not to use this pan for themGood luck!
start investing in the silicon pansonce you get used to using them you will love themif your pans do not have a factory applied food release coating and you must use the dishwasher; occasionally wash your pans first by hand and use a good scouring powder such as cameo or bar keepers friend to get all of the residues off of your pansHope this helps, by residues I mean all food and chemicalswhere I live we have extremely hard water and it also leaves a calcium deposit when I don't use the silicon I always have to scour my cookie sheets one other suggestion would be to put a little oil on the scratches the oil will seal the scratch and keep it from rustingI would dip my finger in oil and rub the spotwipe dry with a paper towel.
I wash my cookie sheets and other baking pans as soon as possible after using them and set them in the warm oven to dryThis dries them completelyI also use professional type pans that are aluminumIf you bake a lot it is worth investing the money for good pans.
