There would be a risk of electrocution, so I wouldn't suggest it as the best decision. Your house doesn't even need to be struck directly for that to happen. The odds are fairly long, so you need to make your own risk analysis and proceed accordingly. Lightening striking people while inside by passing through wires or piping happens several times a year. So while not as risky as being outside, showering during lightening is a lot riskier than waiting.
