How do i paint plastic fenders for a Honda Mini Trail????? Please Help.

Plastic has to have a special agent that is added to the paint so the paint does not chip off
Sand down the plastic with some sandpaper, spray on a coat or two of primer, and find a paint that says it will work on plastic.
