I need more information about plastic injection molding machine such as price list and catalogs. I need a machine that can produce nice plastic product for high end users. A good machine and a reasonable price is the best thing I am looking for. Thank you!!MC
u have the injection unit it is used to liquefy the plastic components and then inject the liquid into mould. The granular plastic is proficient by hopper (feed throat) then u have been given the barrel it is created from heavy steel cylinder to stand up to the stress and temperature in touch in melting the textile. then u have 2 varieties of systems utilized in injection molding: Reciprocating screw or Ram injector. Reciprocating screw: the entire screw flow forward and pushes the molten textile (by capacity of mechanical shear and thermal capability from heaters) out contained in direction of the top of barrel. non return valve is related to the top of screw to confirm the textile does not flow backward. then u have the mould which contain a table sure plate and flow in a position plate and the relationship from the injection unit to the mould is contained in direction of the nozzle. then u have the runners equipment, secondary runners, gates, cavities, ejector, tie bar. Hydraulic motor and gears, hydraulic pump.
