Plastic pipe connections commonly used in several ways?
The bonding method is mainly used for the connection of hard PVC pipes and ABS pipes. The method is to apply the adhesive on the socket and spigot, and the socket is squeezed into the bearing mouth until the adhesive is solidified. The solvent binders used are mostly PVC solutions in tetrahydrofuran or cyclohexanone, requiring moderate viscosity at room temperature with a minimum viscosity of 90Pa = S. The appearance is in a state of flow, with no lumps and no delamination. The content of PvVC in solution is not less than 10%.
This connection is made in two different ways: one with an eccentric head and the other with a concentric head. The reducing pipe is mainly used for the connection of living sanitary pipe fittings (such as washbasin, bathtub) and drainage pipe fittings.
Thread connection, thread connection is more safe and reliable. But because of the thread, the thickness of the pipe and pipe must be thicker than the solvent method and the pipe fittings. Thread packing can be made of white lacquer or raw silk tape.
Welding methods are mainly used for polyolefin pipes such as LDPE, HDPE and PP tubes. Welding, the technical requirements of the operation is relatively high, relatively less application.
