I don't know what to pick either a general surgeon or a plastic surgeon. I want to know the lifestyle between them two and how many hours they make.
Sorry, but I don't recommend either of them both. Why considering surgery? Appreciate the looks you are born with. If a person loves you just because of your looks, then you should not considering being with him/her. Same as in making friends. Be beautiful inside. Put more self-confidence to yourself! I know people might not agree with this, but personally I won't consider either of them both. Sorry! :D
Plastic Surgeons make more money because people pay up front. That means that except for burn cases with skin grafts, cosmetic surgery requires people pay with their own money since insurance does not cover. So that means usually only rich people use plastic surgeons ( mainly) . So you would have to choose a sub specialty in plastic that would exclude burns which ARE covered by insurance. However that would mean you usually deal with some neurotic people who want to improve over nature. A general surgeon would have a year or two less training ( Unless you do a subspecialty in say, thoracic surgery) but would be doing more in my mind important things like saving peoples lives due to ruptured appendix, gall bladder or other surgery. General surgeons however do usually have emergency times during the night
