you know how you can get plastic surgery to make your nose smaller? Can you also get it to make your nose bigger? If so how would they do it? would they add a fake bone-like material?I don't want plastic surgery, Im just curious.

Yes. Plastic surgery is to augment (be it to add or subtract from) a person's existing appearance. They could do any number of things to a nose. It's all in the eyes of the beholder.
