It's true it's an objective thing and the judge will likely always side with the police officer unless there is GOOD reason and proof. Going above the speed limit in itself is always hard to avoid a sentence let alone when it has snowed and the roads are slippery. It was not even slightly over the speed limit it was well over! Some people are lucky and don't get caught but some do and some end up killing by going above the speed so just be thankful u didn't kill anyone and take this as a lesson learnt. To be honest when ever it has snowed you should be doing LESS than the limit
Yes, there are higher temp and oil resistant types, as well as other variations. Oil resistant is definitely recommended for a rear main seal application. As best as I can recall, the Permatex brand for this type is black, but check on the tube for oil resistant, in case I'm mistaken.
There certainly is a maximum speed. A fire extinguisher has a pretty low nozzle velocity, so you'd only be going a few meters per second when it ran out. If it didn't run out (this violates conservation of mass), the limit would be the speed of light.
