Plumbing question please.. Pex pipe and pex fittings.. Need a little guidance?

I have a plumbing question.. My husband and I are attempting a walkin shower project.. My question is can you use some sort of like epoxy plumbers putty around pex pipe fittings? Just to ensure it doesn't leak later on after walls and tiles are completed . We have tested and nothing is leaking now.. I am just trying to use precautionary measures in case.. It would be a nightmare for it to leak after it's done

Answer:

i don't know about fire hydrants but in the second world war, the tops of post boxes were painted with a special paint, so if there was a gas attack, they would turn yellow. might be the same for fire hydrants?
The safety pins aren't mentioned by the TSA (either as prohibited or allowed). That in it self may be enough reason to conclude that they are allowed. On the other hand, some people have told, that they've been asked to take off the piece of clothes that contains the safety pin, and check it in (even though that is kind of hard once you've reached the security check), while others say that they've been given acces to the plane, even though they are wearing numerous safety pins. In the end, I guess it is up to the security officer at hand.
The premise of your question is false. Lightning strikes the same place all the time, even in a row or during the same storm cell. Furthermore, if lightning didn't strike the same place repeatedly then, too, would normal sparks not strike the same place twice and we know that is false because if it were true your car/lawnmower/boat/etc wouldn't run!
