Take the meat out of the oven, turn the heat down to 325, and wait until the oven cools downThen, season the meat with salt and pepper and whatever spices you likePour 1/2 cup water over the pork and cover it tightly with foil, put it back in the oven and cook for 10 minutesCheck to see if it's done; it should not be pink in the centerIf it isn't done, bake it 10 minutes longer, the check it again If your pork is still very dry, don't throw it outYou can cut it up, marinate it in ginger ale (or even Coke or Pepsi) for an hour or two, and make pork stewMake it just as you would beef stew, with potatoes, carrots, and onions Add a package of frozen peas and an envelope of pork gravy mixIt will be good and your pork won't be wastedNext time, before you turn on the oven, Google time and temp for cooking THE KIND OF MEAT YOU WANT TO COOK.
