I'm writing a story about a preforming/visual arts high school in California, any name suggestions? I wanted it to sound prestigious and possibly italian. Not something like Hollywood Arts. I was thinking of something that meant 'beauty of the arts' or something like that thats a short name for a school.

Maybe spelling performing correctly and throwing that at Google as high schools of the performing arts California will give you some names. If you look at the subcategories here, you will see that Visual Arts normally does not include Performing Arts and solid schools do not commonly include both. And most are either named to make their purpose clear or named after a founder or location city - rather than some pretentious Latin or Italian name related to beauty. Spelling it right will also make your editor or teacher happier.
