Other then submitting to Prweb, where else online can I submit my press release and for free or a small fee?
You can submit your press release for free to any publication or media outlet. They may or may not use them, but they will not charge. If they charge, then it is advertising, not PR.
Note though that while inewswire continues to send out free press releases, the company has been banned by Google News for releasing fake press releases before. But their stories/releases can be accessed by the main Google search
