Question:

Pretzel crusted turkey breast?

I am thinking of crusting turkey breast in pretzels, using honey mustard for its baseShould the mustard maybe be Dijon instead? Can I do this in a gas grill as opposed to frying or baking in the oven?Any other ideas for making this so it is delicious? I'm thinking for turkey breast on a grill I may have to slice it up, but what if it is a pre-cooked turkey instead maybe? I prefer the grill for my own reasons that I won't go into, but if it won't work out I can go back to the kitchenThoughts.have you made this? I found recipes online but if you have actually made it and tasted it, what are your favorites/things you would do to make it extra 'awesome'?

The temperature of Copper will increase faster than AluminiumIf they are put under the flame for same time, Copper will be hotter than aluminium
That idea of yours sounds fantastic However there are some problems with doing it on a grill as opposed to the oven The mustard would clearly be your choice and would not pose any difficulty If you must do it on the grill , I would most certainly slice the turkey Then coat it with your pretzel / mustard mix You will need to use some aluminum foil for a base to lay the slices of turkey on for grilling You will not be able to just lay them on the grates as the coating will fall off and the flavor infusion will be totally lost Hope this helps you !
