I just recently bought my young son a playstation 3 and wasn't sure about how to set the parental controls. I know you can go online with that system, and I checked the history and found some inappropriate sites, but have no idea how to prevent this from happening in the future. I can't find the manual, so thats why i am asking. Are there parental settings, or should I only allow him to play it when I am around?
Yeah, if you've never opened a lens before, try searching online for some info on how the lens is put together, at the very least find out in what order the lens elements go. If that fails then too bad, but it might make putting the lens back together again a little more challenging. Another tip, use a digital camera to photograph the step as you take things apart. Makes it easier to find where things go if you forget. Also just look carefully at how the pieces fit together. Trust me, I have a perfectly good lens here that's in two pieces because the electronics keep getting in the way of putting it together. I took it apart to clean just one element. If I had looked a bit better, I might have noticed that the front element could just be screwed off the front of the lens. I know have to take the lens completely apart and clean the whole thing (I've been putting it off for 2 weeks), if I had looked a bit better I could have fixed my problem in 10 minutes instead of 2 weeks. For the rest, keep the work room as dust free as possible. Make sure you have a table, chair and enough light. And keep all the screws organised (It's very annoying to close a lens and find you have 3 screws left, or that you're 3 screws short).
the signal will fade out on that model alarm after you get a certain distance from it but the alarm is still armed,check in the installation paper that came with it,there's a way reprogram it to keep the signal,i got a similar one on my car,and after a certain time the light stops flashing on it ,but the system is still armed,mine fades out after you get about three city blocks from it,good luck.
