about 3 days ago, now theres a bump there and hurts when i press it , shouldnt swelling been went down? also hurts a bit when i try to open my hand wide open. i was angry and stupid dnt tell me about anger management plz lol

You probably broke a bone in your hand. Might be best to get it checked by a pro. as for punching a door, you should really work on that bro.
I've punched a brick wall when angry so I know what you mean. You may have sprained your hand get it checked out by your doctor. I sprained mine lol but, hey no gym for a week or two ;) lol Put ice on it if it doesn't go down I'd see a doctor :)
