Depends I guess, when I was in 4th grade I was getting into the Stephen King and V.C Andrews books but usually kids around that age are still sticking to the more age appropiate booksSome good kid books I remember I used to like when I was little was Hatchet - by Gary PaulsenIt's basically about this kid who's being driven on a private plane to see his Mom, the pilot has a heart attack and the plane crashes and the kid has to learn to survive on a island blah blah blahIndian Captive - By Lois Lenski, the books a tad bit long but it was probably one of my favorite books I read when I was littleIts based around in the 1800's when the indian war is going on, and is in the perspective of a 12 yr old girl thats captured by indiansIt's based on a true story but the author narrowed it, cutting a lot of the stuff out so it could be considered a kid book lolTwilight Series? - By Stephenie MeyersMy cousin started reading those books when she was in fourth grade I think((BLEEEEHHHHHHH!!!!)) The Doll People - by Ann MMartincute series (: And who couldn't forget the Diary Of A Wimpy kid (;
The Doll People by Ann MMartin The Magic Half by Annie Barrows Allie Finkel's Rules for Girls by Meg Cabot Leven Thumps by Obert Skye The BFG, Matilda, James and the Giant Peach by Roald Dahl The Revenge of the Witch by Joseph Delaney The Frog Prince by E.DBaker The Secret Garden and A Little Princess by Frances Hodgson Burnett My Side of the Mountain by Jean Craighead George Hatchet by Gary Paulsen The Underneath by Kathi Appelt Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan Little House in the Big Woods by Laura Ingalls Wilder The Divide by Elizabeth Kay Dear Dumb Diary by Jim Benton Diary of a Wimpy Kid by Jeff Kinney Dork Diaries by Rachel Renee Russell Out of the Dust by Karen Hesse The Wednesday Wars by Gary Schmidt The Sorcerer's Stone by J.KRowling
This is a good old standbyUse the inside of your paper shopping bagsHopefully you aren't loaded up with plastic ones, but the brown paper bags do really work! (They are also good for shaking up the treats Mud Chex Treats, Caramel Corn, you can cover your turkey with it, etcGood luck! note: I would be sure to Pam them or put a bit of oil over the paper since you are cooking with cheese.
