Answer:

Acid's and Bases are pretty coolGet an indicator such as Red Cabbage Juice (boil a cabbage and save the juice) and then pour into small shot-glasses, when you put something like lemon juice in, the indicator will turn pinkIf you put something that is a base in, the indicator will turn blueYou can also dip pieces of paper in your indicator, and then let people try it out themselves by taking a cue tip, dipping it in one of two clear solutions, then drawing something on the paper, and watching it turn colour It's pretty cool.
[Well]I Once Was Fat But Now Iam Very Fit With A Very Tight 8 PAck[But]I Would Say Go To The Gym 4 Days Out of the Week[MAny]Ppl Say 3 out of the week! I would PAy Attention To Food That Are High In Fiber(]Caluim Like Rassberries Spaghetti, whole[or]Split peas Cooked Be very creative with you food watch out for salt (] Never fry!! Always Bake Like BAke Chicken Is Great,Safe,And Healthy(]the best thing about it is It do not contain [grease]!! If wantting to loose fat fast i would suggest that Drink More Water Every DayMany places suggest 8 cups (2L) of water a dayIt also depends on your weight (1L/20kg would be good, more if it's hot or you're ill)It sounds like an absurd amount of water, but actually, you can drink tea without sugar to make up some of the quotaIn fact tea, especially green tea, rev up your metabolism (actually cause a temporary increase in calories burned)also 1.lift weights or do cardio,2.Keep Metabolism Steady.3.Eat Smaller Dinners
