Question about shared drive-lane right-of-way?

My family and I have lived on what is considered a flag-pole or flag-post property for 40+ years. There are several houses that share a common road that extends on the front of all of our properties (we even own land on the other side of the road). Until recently there has been no issues, but new inhabitants insist on traveling at speeds we consider to be excessive and nearly dangerous. I do not believe placing a speed bump on our section of land is legally allowed, but what else can be done to help remedy this issue? Is there any legal precedent for limiting speed on our own section of the road? Or is there a polite way to inform them of our wishes?

Answer:

Um.are you as high as when the president didn't inhale?
Please tell her how you feel. When a girl loves or likes a man often she doesnt tell him first cuz its not her job take it from a girl who wishes her guy had some guts.
I'm chuckling here. Are you talking about a horseshoe stake or a flagpole higher than your house? It sort of really matters. Update your question. Thanks!
What the hell? That doesn't even make any sense.
