Question:

question about vacuum cleaners...?

Does anyone know how to reverse the air from a vacuum cleaner? In other words, instead of it sucking the air in, how do you get it to blow out?

Answer:

Unless it's got that function you'd have to interfere with the mechanism, probably voiding any warranty you have.
It will only do that if you have an outtake valve on your vaccuum. You then put the hose onto that valve and it blows out. The older models did have them but I don't know if any of the newer ones do.
I would only do this if you have an out take valve on the vacuum but if you have a new on then just read the instructions or phone the company and ask about this problem
