There's really nothing you can do except drive very slowly over the speedbumps so you don't bottom your car out. The people who designed those speedbumps obviously wanted to force everyone to slow way down in your neighborhood, and unfortunately the law is on their side. If you were to ask them about speed limit signs, their response would probably be something like this: What's the point of having speed limit signs when nobody obeys them?
