There is no easy answer because each airline may use some of the compartments for different items as to their choice I do not see an oven from this vantage pointThere are no microwaves on aircraft - most meals are heated by forced hot air or electrical coils that permeate the meal carts and are plugged in to an outlet (this is mainly on larger Boeing aircraft)Coolers are forced cold air or else simply compartments that are housed with bags of ice or dry ice to refrigerateThe large carts on the left side (floor) are meal and beverage cartsThe smaller compartments house extra sodas, water, napkins, stir sticks, tea bags, water bottles, pretzels and peanuts, coffee bags, small hand-held serving trays, etc The doors to the right of the elevator house emergency equipmentOn flights that still offer hot meals, the cold meals are taken out of the service cart, slid into the heating compartment for a specified amount of time, and then re-loaded back into the service cart to be pushed down the aisle.
