I used the agent to sell my house and he took to to some houses I was interested in buying. I signed a contract with him but want to know this. If I found a house on my own and went there and the agent never showed me the house (although he did send it to me after we looked at it) can I buy the house and cut the agent out of the commission even if I was in a contract. The seller will move on price more if we do not have an agent as it is a new home?
