For now I dont have any available p/s2 keyboard.Is there any way to reformat using a usb one? and let us say my p/s 2 slot is busted so I cant use it even I have p/s2 keyboard.by the way my OS is still Windows XP home edition and Im still reformatting to it.
You need to enter bios and set up legacy keyboard and mouse support for usb. But you may not be able to do so on some machines using the usb keyboard. You may need to buy a usb to p/s2 adapter for the keyboard. ANY machine with p/s2 support suffers this problem.
