Question:

Replace stock air intake?

Replace stock air intake?

Answer:

First off, your link don't work. Secondly a short ram and a cold air intake are two different things and you can't have both. My suggestion, for looks only, is to go to a scrap yard and find a car like your's and take whatever part you need to restore tha cold air intake that came with your car. The one that was designed for your car. The one that has the drain holes and proper connections for your sensors. You wouldn't get performance increase ever with the most expensive add-on, anyway. They are all a scam on fuel-injected, computer controlled automobiles.
That has got to be the worst setups ever made!!!!!! Those kits are the worse since they actually pull in engine compartment HOT air. The designs are suppose to pull in COLD air. I suggest you save your money go to your local junk yard pick out the factory setup or visit your local dealership parts dept
The link is bad and not working The other issue to consider when going to a cold air intake is it may not pass inspection if you live in an area that has emission testing If you are in it for the look, i can understand that. But realistically, the tube and filter are still in the engine area and behind the hot radiator ---- there is no cold air coming into those things. The factory system sucking air through the fender is better for bringing the cool air in the engine
