i need a good rib recipe my mom says she never makes them cuz they always turn out bad.i perfer the bbq ones not the dry ones.any good recipes?.if not sites to the recipe(perfer the recipe)

Well you can do good ribs on grill or ovenbut first what kind of ribs will determine a good methodFor Pork Spare Ribsyou want to use a dry rub that is based in Brown Sugar and different spices of your likingIf it's baby back ribs, the simple seasoning of salt, pepper, and granulated garlic is bestThat being said, i would recommend doing on the grillBut they key to keep it low temp, indirect heatif you are using a gas grill, that mean just turning on half the burners and placing ribs on opposite side, for charcoal grill just pile up to one side of grillWould also recommend using hickory wood chips to enhance the flavor, you can turn any grill into a smoker, using soaked wood chipsIf gas grill, make a pouch out of aluminum foil, place wood chips inside, and place over burners or flavor bar, in charcoal, just add wood chips to already white coalsYou want to cook ribs at about 225 degree's, and this is not a quick process, so plan on it taking about 3-5 hours to get the tenderest ribsOnce the meat has started to pull away from bone, and there is a little give when you twist the bones, then they are about doneTo finish up ribs, place over hot spot of grill (or turn all burners on high) and you want to crisp up the outside of the meatDuring this process you can glaze the ribs with BBQ sauce of your choice, just being sure to turn often, as when the sauce is added, it can burn quicklyGlaze ribs a couple of times on each side to basically bake the sauce onto the meat and give it a darker colorThen server with additional sauce on sideGood luck, and just remember low and slow is the way to go when doing ribs.
