Question:

riding horse on road- horses feet- shoes? slippery?

I plan to take my horse to a parade. Its on the road. He has front shoes on. Will he be slipping around? What should I do to make sure he is safe?

Answer:

if lightning hits your home its going to travel on the plumbing line so the water will be charged and then ka ka ka ka booooom
I would say that without more information about the context your question they were the same thing. But your English is pretty bad so I'll assume a convenient context. An ActiveX control has a User Interface, a way to interact with the user while a component, strictly speaking does not. By way of example, an ActiveX control would be the IEBrowser control which you could embed in your applications and which a user could interact with, An ActiveX component would be something like the Command object in ADO. As you might know, the Command object does not have a user interface.
if u have a lightning rod or anything Electric attached to ur pluming line then..that's not so good.the thunder can hit that object causing the electric to travel through the water and hit u.so if i were u id take the risk of not taking the bath then to die.
