i was lifting about 160 pounds in decline bench press which is ok for me when i heard a crack in my right shoulder my hand is properly working and i'm able to do biceps exercise but now i'm not even able to press even 40 pounds in bench press whenever i try to lift the rod my right shoulder starts paining terribly and i can't even do one rep.please help me it's been four days now but the problem is still the same.
